That's a really significant difference. The stepped core itself uses internal turbulators to improve its cooling performance and the CFD optimised end tanks assist with maintaining the best possible airflow across the core. \u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003eWe offer two types of Intercooler for the N55 Fx cars. As well as this Competition version, we offer our High Performance unit, which uses Bar and Plate construction. \u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003eWe recommend this Competition version for the highest performance applications, as the pressure drop is always lower for Tube and Fin construction to ensure the highest possible airflow (and hence power output).
