1. Processing Times
Orders are processed Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM. We are closed on weekends and UK bank holidays. Orders placed after 5:00 PM or on weekends will be processed on the next working day.
Most orders are dispatched within 1–2 working days. During busy periods (sales, promotions, bank holidays), processing may take up to 3 working days. If there is a delay with your order, we will contact you by email.

Delivery estimates begin from the date of dispatch, not the date of order. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed, though we do our best to meet them.
3. International Delivery
We may offer international shipping on selected products. International delivery times and costs vary by destination and will be calculated at checkout. Please note:
- International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or fees imposed by the destination country — these are the responsibility of the buyer.
- Delivery times for international shipments are estimates and may be affected by customs clearance processes.
4. Shipping Carriers
We use a range of trusted carriers depending on the size, weight, and destination of your order. These may include Royal Mail, DPD, DHL, Evri (Hermes), and other specialist couriers for oversized or heavy items.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your delivery. If you have not received a tracking email within 3 working days of placing your order, please contact us.
6. Failed or Missed Deliveries
If a delivery attempt fails, the courier will usually leave a card with instructions to rearrange or collect your parcel. If a parcel is returned to us due to a failed delivery, we will contact you to arrange re-dispatch. Additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.
7. Incorrect Address
Please ensure your delivery address is correct at the time of checkout. Fivty9 Performance is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible — we will do our best to update the address before dispatch.
8. Damaged or Lost Items
If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive at all, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date. We will work with the courier to resolve the issue and arrange a replacement or refund where applicable. We may ask for photographic evidence of any damage.
