4. Orders & Contract Formation

All orders placed through our website are subject to acceptance and availability. The process works as follows:

• When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase the products in your basket
• You will receive an order confirmation email acknowledging your order — this is not acceptance of your offer
• A legally binding contract between you and Fivty9 Performance is formed only when we dispatch your goods and send a dispatch confirmation email

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, for example if a product is out of stock, there is a pricing error, or we suspect fraudulent activity. If we cancel an order, you will be refunded in full.

5. Pricing & Payment

All prices displayed on our website are in British Pounds (GBP) and include VAT where applicable. We make every effort to ensure pricing is accurate, but errors may occasionally occur. If we discover an error in the price of a product you have ordered, we will contact you before dispatching and give you the option to proceed at the correct price or cancel your order for a full refund.

We accept payment via Shopify Payments (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay), Klarna, and Clearpay. Full payment is required before goods are dispatched, unless using an approved buy-now-pay-later service. For more details, please see our Secure Payment page.

6. Product Descriptions & Accuracy

We take care to ensure that product descriptions, images, and specifications are as accurate as possible. However, product images are for illustration purposes and the actual product may differ slightly in appearance. We do not warrant that product descriptions or other content on our website are entirely error-free.

Vehicle compatibility: It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that any parts or accessories ordered are compatible with their vehicle. If you are unsure about fitment, please contact us before purchasing. We cannot accept returns for parts ordered in error that are not compatible with your vehicle, unless the product is unused and in its original condition (subject to our Returns & Refunds policy).

7. Delivery

Risk in the products passes to you upon delivery. Ownership of the products passes to you once we have received payment in full.

8. Cancellations, Returns & Refunds

Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods. • Loss of profit, business, revenue, goodwill, or anticipated savings
• Any loss arising from the incorrect installation or use of products purchased from us
• Any damage to your vehicle or property caused by the fitment or use of products, unless the product was faulty at the time of delivery

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from or in connection with a purchase shall not exceed the price paid for the product in question.
