Exoracing Dress-Up Bolt Kit Installation Guide

1. Choose a visible non-critical M6 bolt location you want to refresh.
2. Remove the original bolt carefully. If it is rusty, take your time to avoid snapping it.
3. Confirm the original bolt thread is M6x1.0 and that a 20mm bolt length is suitable.
4. If the thread is dirty or rusty, clean it first. Running a suitable tap through the thread can help achieve a cleaner install.
5. Place the Exoracing washer over the hole with the logo facing upwards.
6. Insert the supplied stainless countersunk bolt through the washer.
7. Tighten carefully with the correct Allen key or Allen socket. Do not overtighten.
8. Repeat for the remaining bolts and check the final finish from a few angles.
