Wagner Tuning Audi RS3 8V EVO3 Competition Intercooler Kit with ACC
The COMPETITION INTERCOOLER EVO3 for the Audi RS3 8V is now available with a TV certificate and two different intercooler core options.

- Audi RS3 8V Sportback/Sedan 294KW/400PS (08/2017+)
Important Note: We recommend using the standard version for power applications up to 600HP and the X-version for power applications above 600HP.
The high-performance intercooler has the following core dimensions: 515mm x 367mm x 95mm (16.5L/14.45Inch x 3.74Inch = 1006.9Inch). This offers an 84% larger cooling surface and 101% more charge air volume compared to the original intercooler.
Our engineers have increased the intercooler core size and efficiency, as well as improved the end tank design to remove any OEM bottlenecks, resulting in increased flow rating and charge cooling properties. This Audi RS3 intercooler uses our award-winning WAGNERTUNING Competition Intercooler Core, which is made specifically for this application. Constructed of the highest quality TUBE and FIN intercooler cores with inside turbulators combined with cast aluminium end tanks optimised by CFD for best possible internal airflow. With the help of additional air guides inside the inlet, a uniform filling of the intercooler is provided. The result is excellent cooling properties with minimum pressure drop, making this kit ideal for racing.
The intercooler and the crossmember form a stable unit and weigh only 14.3 kg. It is mounted to the original mounting points and is easy to install (1:1 exchange). Optimum cooling of the charged air with a clear increase in performance! 68mm (2.67Inch) in- and outlets.
