Wagner Tuning Audi TTRS 8S EVO3.X 600HP+ Competition Intercooler Kit
The Competition Intercooler Kit EVO3 for Audi TTRS 8S is now available with TV certificate and two different intercooler core options. The new core option EVO3.X, developed in cooperation with a renowned German Audi tuner, is suitable for higher performance applications of 600PS+. The size of the intercooler remains unchanged from the original version, but the internal core design has been further optimised for high power applications, guaranteeing optimal air flow and excellent cooling performance. For power applications below 600PS, the standard version is recommended.
The high performance intercooler has the following core dimensions (515mm x 367mm x 95mm = 16,500cm), offering an 84% larger cooling surface and 101% more charge air volume compared to the original intercooler. Engineers have increased the intercooler core size and efficiency, and improved the end tank design to remove any OEM bottlenecks, resulting in increased flow rating and charge cooling properties.
This Audi RS3 intercooler uses the award-winning WAGNERTUNING Competition Intercooler Core, made specifically for this application. Constructed of the highest quality Tube and Fin intercooler cores with inside turbulators combined with cast aluminium endtanks optimised by CFD for the best possible internal airflow. Additional air guides inside the inlet provide a uniform filling of the intercooler, resulting in excellent cooling properties with minimum pressure drop. This kit is ideal for racing.
The intercooler and the original crossmember form a stable unit and weigh only 11.7 kg. It is mounted to the original mounting points and is easy to install (simple adjustments necessary check installation instructions).
