Our cast aluminium end boxes have been carefully designed in CAD and optimised using CFD simulations to ensure ideal internal airflow. A built-in air baffle inside the radiator inlet ensures even filling of the intercooler. The result! Excellent cooling properties with minimal backpressure.
The newly developed Competition high-performance intercooler core, supplemented by a specially manufactured air baffle, ensures that neighbouring components, such as the water cooler, receive sufficient airflow. Perfect for racing! Our intercoolers are equipped with an anti-corrosion coating that not only protects against environmental influences, but also offers excellent heat conduction properties. This ensures a durable and optimal cooling performance for your Civic Type R FK8.
